Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Senior Manager to lead complex engagements across IT and OT within the Utilities sector. You will deliver cybersecurity strategies, manage client relationships, and guide teams through risk, regulatory, and transformation programs to secure grid modernization and energy transition.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and communicate progress to senior stakeholders while aligning with regulatory obligations like NERC CIP and NIST

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of work experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a team and performing leadership activities in a Security Account lead role.
• Minimum of 5 years delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities across IT/OT environments.
• Experience with Utility Industry cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks (NERC CIP, TSA, NIST, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity strategy and execution across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, substations, field systems, and customer platforms.
• Advise C‑suite and utility leaders on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and energy transition.
• Oversee large-scale utility cybersecurity transformation programs focused on IT/OT convergence and cyber resilience.
• Drive utility-specific threat modeling and incident response for risks to grid, gas, water, and customers.
• Represent Accenture Security in client engagements, proposals, and leadership forums.
• Partner with other Accenture Industry teams to develop differentiated go-to-market solutions.
• Travel may be required; amount of travel varies with business needs.
