Job summary

ThreatLocker, a global cybersecurity leader headquartered in Orlando, Florida, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support the sales lifecycle and guide technical discussions with clients. The role focuses on demonstrations, technical specifications, and collaborative problem solving across teams.

You will create training webinars, participate in conferences, and help ensure a seamless customer experience by identifying gaps and driving effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience within cybersecurity industry, preferred
• Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes
• Understanding of sales cycle
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities

• Support Sales in lead and product demonstration calls
• Provide technical support to clients through audit reviews (post-sales)
• Act as a technical expert with detailed solution specs including time and scope
• Assist other engineers by creating practical demos of proposed solutions
• Analyze current technologies to identify gaps in processes and cycles
• Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates affecting customer experience
• Collaborate with Sales to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
• Anticipate project challenges and proactively manage them
• Create and deploy product training webinars
• Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter
