Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Cybersecurity Resource Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support a government customer at the Mark Center, Alexandria, VA. Hybrid role; 1–4 days on-site.

The senior role manages the Directorate’s internal budget—over $100M annually across 15+ contracts—requiring mastery of DoD financial management, funding processes, and execution reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 15 years of DoD financial management experience.
• Experience creating and managing funding packages (IGCEs, PWSs, DD 7600a).
• Experience with MIPR/PR preparation and processing.
• Ability to develop spend plans and present budget execution reports to senior leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DoD financial management policies and procurement rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual spend plans with high accuracy.
• Produce monthly/quarterly forecasts for funding lines and contracts.
• Prepare audit-ready funding packages and coordinate with contracting officers.
• Track obligations, expenditures, and burn rates; provide variance analysis.
• Advise on funding strategies to optimize execution and ADA risk avoidance.
• Generate monthly execution reports with KPIs for SES leadership.
