The Cybersecurity Resource Manager is a senior, execution focused financial management professional responsible for full-spectrum planning, execution, and oversight of the Directorate’s internal budget. The portfolio includes more than 15 contracts and exceeds $100 million annually. This role requires demonstrated mastery of DoD financial management, contract funding processes, execution reporting, and fiscal law. The Resource Manager must independently develop spend plans, forecast shortfalls, brief leadership, and resolve execution issues without external coaching. This position directly enables the Directorate to meet its cybersecurity mission through precise and timely resource management.
