Job summary

EY is seeking a senior consultant to lead data protection initiatives within its DPP and cybersecurity practice. You will manage cross‑functional teams, define security requirements, and implement encryption, governance, and data lifecycle programs for major clients.

You will work within EY's globally connected, hybrid model, traveling up to 40–60% as needed and contributing to a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related work experience or graduate degree with 3–5 years of related work experience.
• 3–5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software into client environments.
• Knowledge of encryption, data lifecycle, governance and data protection concepts.
• Experience with data discovery tools and enterprise security strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services for global priority accounts.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions and develop related processes.
• Lead implementation of data security solutions, including encryption, PKI, data governance and policies.
