Job summary

EY’s Cybersecurity practice seeks a Senior Consultant to join the DPP team and lead client engagements, defining technical requirements and delivering data protection solutions across the data lifecycle.

You will guide governance, encryption, PKI, and governance processes while collaborating with an international team. This role supports a hybrid work model and extensive client exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 4-6 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 3-5 years.
• Approximately 3-5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software.
• Knowledge of general security concepts and methods such as encryption, data disposition, data classification, security policy creation, enterprise security strategies, architectures and governance.
• Basic understanding of course-grain and fine-grain encryption and key management capabilities.
• Experience with data governance and data lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of data discovery tools such as Collibra, Informatica, BigID, and Microsoft tools.

Responsibilities

• Help clients define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data security strategies and implement controls across the data lifecycle.
• Lead and manage client engagement teams and support business development.
• Implement and advise on data security products, including encryption, PKI, data governance, and post-quantum strategies.
