Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Consultant on our Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) team to lead client engagements around data security strategy, governance and lifecycle management. You will work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement encryption, PKI, and data governance solutions for diverse clients.

Travel up to 40-60% is noted; our hybrid model supports in-person collaboration with flexible work arrangements and a strong emphasis on delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4–6 years of related work experience or graduate degree and 3–5 years.
• 3–5 years of technical architecture experience integrating data protection software into client environments.
• Knowledge of encryption, data disposition, data classification, security policy creation, and governance.
• Experience with data governance and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagement teams and manage data security solution implementations.
• Define technical and business requirements for data security solutions.
• Develop data protection policies and governance frameworks.
• Advise on encryption strategies, PKI, and data governance roadmap.
