Job summary

Equity Resources, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Security Analyst to lead security operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity program.

You’ll work with stakeholders to protect systems and data and serve as the technical lead for Microsoft 365 security, IAM, and vulnerability management. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, at least 5 years of information security experience, and at least two cybersecurity certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive information security experience.
• Two cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, SC-200).
• Experience administering Microsoft security tech and SIEM platforms.
• Strong MS 365 security administration and vulnerability management skills.
• Knowledge of GLBA, FTC Safeguards/Red Flags, NIST/CIS controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and incident response activities.
• Manage identity and access across Microsoft environments.
• Oversee vulnerability management and security monitoring.
• Ensure data protection and AI governance compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on security improvements.
• Support regulatory requirements and security audits.
