Job summary

Fidelity Life is seeking an experienced cybersecurity leader to oversee security operations, incident response, and secure design across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises platforms. You will drive risk-based decisions, manage remediation, and partner with business teams to protect sensitive information.

The role requires hands-on expertise in incident response, vulnerability management, IAM, and monitoring, with leadership experience guiding technical professionals and aligning security with business

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive cybersecurity roles with cloud and operations experience.
• Hands-on in incident response, vulnerability management, and secure ops workflows.
• Strong judgment in prioritization, resource management, and risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations, set priorities, coach the team, and improve playbooks.
• Direct incident response, containment, recovery, and post-incident reviews with stakeholders.
• Secure cloud, SaaS, and legacy platforms; improve IAM, logging, monitoring, and DLP.
• Oversee vulnerability management: scanning, remediation tracking, and reporting.
• Advise tech and business teams; translate security issues into business terms.
• Report metrics and risk: track SLAs, KPIs, incident trends, and remediation actions.
• Work remotely; travel to satellite offices as needed; communicate clearly.
