Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Cyber Risk Insights to lead a team that develops executive-ready risk insights across STS cyber and technology risk environments. You will define metrics, dashboards, and reporting practices that enable risk-informed decisions.

Qualifications

7+ years in technology risk management or related first- or second-line risk disciplines with leadership experience.
3+ years of people leadership in a matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of technology and cybersecurity risk, control design, and risk indicators.
Experience building risk metrics, executive dashboards, and reporting narratives.
Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders and drive risk-informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CISA are a plus.
Experience supporting AI-enabled analytics with governance and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team delivering cyber risk insights and dashboards.
Define and continuously improve risk insights strategy, data standards, and reporting narratives.
Oversee data collection, validation, analysis, and interpretation to identify trends and issues.
Establish centralized, executive-ready dashboards communicating risk posture and performance.
Collaborate with technology, risk, and oversight functions to enhance data quality and governance.
Mature analytics with SQL, Tableau, Alteryx and automation to strengthen reliability and scalability.
Promote responsible innovation with governance for AI-enabled analytics.
