PD Inc International is seeking an experienced Senior Metrics Management to provide Cybersecurity Management support in a U.S. government (DoD) environment.

The role requires active security credentials and a strong background in statistics, process improvement, and IT service management. The candidate will lead metrics collection, standardization, and reporting across Cybersecurity Division, liaising with multiple DoD stakeholders, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, science, or mathematics.
• Five+ years of relevant experience with statistics, process improvement, balanced scorecard, and statistics related software.
• Three+ years of relevant experience with Microsoft Office Products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, assign, facilitate, track and report Cybersecurity Division compliance for ~200 DISA Orders annually.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review and coordinate on draft or needed cyber orders; improve order quality.
• Provide SME input for ITSM, develop and maintain Cybersecurity Division ITIL processes and SLAs.
• Evaluate and improve Cybersecurity Division processes; implement QA program and monitor performance metrics.
• Provide metrics analysis and trend insights to improve division efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and document metrics data sources, baselines, targets, and analytic tools.
