Job summary

MTSI seeks a Senior ISSM to lead cybersecurity strategy, RMF implementation, and continuous monitoring across software development and fielding. The role interfaces with Information System Owners and security leadership to ensure compliance and effective risk management throughout the program lifecycle.

The candidate will prepare authorization packages, apply secure engineering practices, and guide teams through major software updates while staying current with emerging threats and technologies

Qualifications

• Must meet Cybersecurity (DoD 8140/8570 – IAM Level III) certification requirements.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
• DoD program or product acquisition experience preferred.
• Active DoD TS clearance with SCI access required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity strategy, RMF implementation, and continuous monitoring for software development and pipeline operations.
• Integrate cybersecurity requirements into software design, development, upgrades, and release processes.
• Advise leadership on risk posture and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review and oversee RMF documentation and security assessments; prepare authorization packages.
