Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable security capabilities across cloud, infrastructure, endpoint, application, identity, and data environments.

You will translate security architecture into practical controls, drive threat modeling, and collaborate with engineering teams to enforce security via automation, CI/CD, and secure-by-design patterns.

Qualifications

• Lead security engineering initiatives and establish security standards
• Experience building security systems at scale including SDKs
• Experience owning investigation and root-cause analysis of incidents

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy scalable security capabilities across cloud, infra, endpoint, app, identity, and data environments
• Develop automation, APIs, integrations, and tooling embedding security controls
• Translate architecture into reusable patterns, guardrails, deployable solutions
• Apply modern software practices: source control, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, code reviews, IaC
• Partner on threat modeling and security design reviews from design to deployment
• Improve security capabilities for effectiveness, reliability, and sustainability
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and establish engineering standards
