Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead security initiatives across data and AI projects. You’ll design and implement controls, enable secure delivery, and mentor engineers while embedding security by design in complex systems.

Responsibilities include building centralized authentication, conducting threat modelling, and driving improvements in detection, prevention, and response at scale. In-person role based in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 6–10 years leading security engineering initiatives at scale.
• Hands-on experience securing data used by AI systems across cloud platforms.
• Experience securing AI/analytics workloads in cloud environments.
• Proven experience implementing enterprise security controls at scale.
• Track record writing security platforms and SDKs.
• Ability to lead advanced threat modelling for complex systems.
• Familiarity with DSPM, DLP, or data governance tooling for AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate enterprise security capabilities such as centralized authentication and enforcement mechanisms.
• Lead threat modelling and security assessments across complex systems.
• Own end-to-end incident response with deep root-cause analysis.
• Develop security code, tools, and libraries including automation platforms and detectors.
• Establish secure coding standards and review practices.
