MANTECH is seeking a Senior Cyber Security Engineer to lead technical operations in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on executing advanced cybersecurity engineering solutions and safeguarding critical enterprise systems in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will develop, implement and manage security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and government regulations while maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of client systems for mission-critical

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 4+ years of experience.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience including RMF.
• Leadership experience managing small to medium-sized engineering teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Office products.
• Solid understanding of DoD/IC policies and guidance for information systems.
• Active IAT Level II certification (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) or ability to obtain within six months.

Aufgaben

• Develop project schedules using the ESS platform built on Microsoft Project.
• Create briefing decks with cost estimates for senior leadership.
• Author and organize technical documentation; manage customer engagement and requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, integration and admin functions to deliver capabilities and documentation.
• Ensure all project aspects meet established implementation plans and schedules.
• Oversee build-out and testing of applications and tools in virtual and physical environments.
• Manage incident and request ticket queues through ServiceNow, providing Tier 2–4 support, including after-hours.
