Job summary

SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Cybersecurity Engineer to join our on-site team at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and US citizenship. You will develop cybersecurity requirements, policies, and risk mitigation plans for combat systems.

You will lead groups, perform threat analyses, and model cybersecurity analyses to support DoD cyber assurance and policy efforts. Strong communication and program experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• IAT Level II or higher certification required.
• 5+ years of program-specific security engineering in Navy afloat/tactical systems or 10+ years general security engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity requirements, standards, best practices, and guidance for combat systems.
• Lead groups to develop cybersecurity strategies against emerging threats.
• Analyze cybersecurity, intelligence and IT policy gaps for combat systems.
• Perform cybersecurity system engineering design, analysis and documentation for combat systems.
• Develop cybersecurity risk assessment analyses and mitigation plans.
• Develop MBSE models to support cybersecurity analysis.
