Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced Cyber Security Engineer in Atlanta to lead complex security escalations and guide offshore teams. You will deploy and manage Palo Alto NGFWs, work with Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access, and strengthen email security and DMARC/DKIM/SPF configurations.

Responsibilities include configuring NAC solutions (Forescout, Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass), implementing NDR platforms like Darktrace or Gigamon, and driving threat remediation and security improvements

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with NGFW, NAC, and email security.
• Experience troubleshooting and leading Level 3 security escalations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto NGFWs.
• Work with Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access.
• Handle firewall policies, VPN, SASE, HA, patching.
• Implement and support NDR solutions (Darktrace, Gigamon).
• Manage network visibility and threat investigations.
• Design NAC with Forescout, ISE, ClearPass.
• Manage email security with Proofpoint.
• Investigate phishing and malware incidents; perform remediation.
• Configure DMARC, DKIM, SPF.
