The position requires managing Palo Alto NGFWs with Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access, plus NAC solutions with Forescout, Cisco ISE, or Aruba ClearPass and email security platforms like Proofpoint.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in network security, NGFW, NDR, NAC, and email security.
• Experience handling Level 3 security escalations and guiding offshore teams.
• Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex firewall and access control solutions.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto NGFWs and related tools.
• Configure and maintain Panorama, GlobalProtect, and Prisma Access.
• Implement NAC with Forescout, Cisco ISE, or Aruba ClearPass.
• Manage email security with Proofpoint and related platforms.
• Investigate phishing and malware incidents and perform email threat remediation.
• Handle DMARC, DKIM, and SPF configurations.
• Provide technical direction to offshore teams and resolve complex escalations.
