Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the cybersecurity work center and drive secure operations for critical DoD networks. The role requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and 5+ years in security design, testing, and implementation across enterprise IT environments.

Key responsibilities include policy development, risk assessments, incident response leadership, and collaboration with partners to evaluate new cybersecurity capabilities.

Qualifications

• Current TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Minimum of five years within last ten performing security design, testing, and implementation of integrated networks.
• ITIL 4 certification (or ability to obtain within 9 months).
• Demonstrated experience with DoW RMF and ZTRA within the last two consecutive years.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management oversight to the cybersecurity work center.
• Oversee audits of computer systems to ensure secure operations and protection against threats.
• Develop, lead, and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures; ensure enterprise compliance.
• Oversee assessments of systems to determine security posture and risk.
• Lead investigations of security incidents and prepare senior leadership reports.
• Collaborate with industry partners to evaluate emerging products and capabilities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations regarding new technologies for senior leadership.
