Job summary

Everforth Apex in the United States is seeking a senior-level Business Analyst to support IAM and cybersecurity rollouts, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams from requirements through deployment. This remote role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, workshops, testing coordination, and user adoption across large organizations to drive successful deployment and adoption.

Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of BA experience, SDLC know-how, and the ability to lead multiple workstreams

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Project Coordination, or Business Systems Analysis experience.
• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.
• Proven ability to lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within SDLC environments and partnering with technical delivery teams.
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
• Experience supporting UAT, pilot programs, and technology deployments.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead workstreams with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across multiple departments to understand organizational structures, business processes, user populations, and access requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Create BA deliverables: BRDs, Functional Requirements, Process Flows/Diagrams, User Stories, Traceability Matrices, Test Plans/Use Cases.
• Translate business requirements into actionable documentation for development teams.
• Analyze user populations and data to develop personas, role groupings, deployment strategies.
