Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Information Security Analyst & Administrator to act as the security SME for the business unit in Frankfort, KY (partial remote). The role centers on IAM, AD/Entra ID, Okta, RBAC, and security operations, with modernization initiatives and a new IAM solution deployment.

The ideal candidate will have enterprise identity management experience, security governance knowledge, and demonstrated ability to lead compliance and training efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, engineering, or related field.
• Experience implementing IAM solutions, user provisioning workflows, and RBAC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT Security SME for the business unit.
• Administer and manage AD/Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Design and maintain RBAC frameworks.
• Manage authentication, authorization, and access control policies.
• Support IAM implementations, integrations, and provisioning workflows.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and security reviews.
• Monitor security tools and investigate incidents.
• Implement and support MFA, SSO, and certificate management.
• Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead security awareness and best-practice training efforts.
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
