Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge customer objectives and IAM deployments. You will own the requirements lifecycle—from discovery to functional design—ensuring secure, scalable outcomes aligned with client goals.

You will partner with technical teams and QA to define acceptance criteria, support go-live, and hand-off. A bachelor’s in a related field and 8+ years of consulting experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, analysis and enterprise project delivery.
• Demonstrated understanding of IAM principles and customer use cases.
• Ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops to uncover requirements and map IAM processes.
• Translate business needs into functional/non-functional requirements and design diagrams.
• Maintain requirements traceability and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Provide oversight during the build phase to clarify business needs and acceptance criteria.
• Create change management plans, training docs, and assist with go-live support.
