Job summary

val's services seeks an information security professional to analyze complex enterprise environments within the U.S. Federal government sector. You will interact with senior client executives and technical teams to drive strategic improvements in data security, privacy, and business continuity.

Design and support policies aligned with FISMA and NIST, and help architect, configure, and deploy security tools across Cloud, IAM, and IT-GRC platforms. Travel may be required; a U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of cybersecurity experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CAP, CEH, or CISA.
• Functional certifications in AWS, Azure, ServiceNow, or Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex enterprise environments from an information security perspective for the U.S. Federal government sector.
• Engage with senior client executives and technical teams to implement strategic data security improvements.
• Design and support policies aligned with FISMA and NIST.
• Assist with architecture, configuration, and deployment of Cloud IAM and IT-GRC platforms.
• Manage cybersecurity projects including risk assessments, incident response, RMF, and vendor risk management.
