General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) in San Antonio, TX seeks a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer/Senior Principal to own the DoW defensive cyber posture end-to-end, from Zero Trust to RMF/ATO lifecycle. You will architect, implement, and enforce security boundaries and active defenses while managing RMF documentation and authorization processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 12–15 years in cybersecurity engineering; 8+ years RMF/ATO leadership; 5+ years designing Zero Trust/ICAM architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end DoW Defensive Cyber posture from Zero Trust to RMF/ATO lifecycle.
• Lead architectural design, implementation, and configuration of security boundaries and defenses.
• Manage RMF documentation, artifacts, authorization, and continuous ATO per DoW and NIST SP 800-37.
• Design and enforce ICAM framework with IdP, PAM, RBAC and MFA; lead incident response and threat intelligence operations.
