Job summary

General Dynamics - IT is seeking a cybersecurity professional to perform RMF-based duties and coordinate with government agencies. The role involves developing and staffing authorization documents (ATO/ATC/IATT/POA&Ms), executing ST&E plans, and ensuring secure build processes and vulnerability management for DoW IT packages.

The candidate will provide risk mitigation support, maintain current security posture, and guide junior staff while collaborating in a fast-paced government environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years ISSO experience.
• Working knowledge of DoD RMF.
• Must meet DoW 8750 requirements and be eligible for IAM level II.
• ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire.
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cybersecurity activities for a large program and coordinate with government staff and agencies.
• Support development and staffing of ATO/ATC/IATT/POA&Ms documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing ST&E plans.
• Provide A&A materials and risk mitigation to DoW IT packages.
• Ensure security design management of build processes and compliance with ATOs.
• Conduct vulnerability management and audits across systems and networks.
• Coordinate RMF activities and supporting documentation for SAVs and CCRI.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and maintain current technology knowledge.
