Old Dominion Freight Line is seeking a cybersecurity architect to design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security architecture for the organization. The role requires leading the development of security strategies, guiding technical security solutions, and ensuring effective controls across enterprise IT.

The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 5 years in leadership, strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and cloud security, and experience with SIEM

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Graduate-level education preferred.
• 10+ years of cybersecurity experience; 5+ years in leadership/architect role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity architecture strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design secure IT environments including network security, cloud architecture, IAM, and data protection.
• Architect and implement security controls for on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Conduct risk assessments of technologies and applications to ensure security standards.
• Develop and maintain a cybersecurity governance framework with policies and standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to define cybersecurity strategy and incident response framework.
• Oversee integration of security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management) into IT architecture.
• Ensure compliance with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other relevant frameworks.
• Monitor threats and coordinate proactive risk mitigation measures.
• Lead vulnerability assessments and penetration testing efforts with internal/third-party teams.
• Establish robust vulnerability management processes and incident response plans.
