Job summary

DCS Corporation is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer in Bedford, MA to lead RMF and security lifecycle activities for AFLCMC/ESG. You will guide documentation, authorization, and continuous monitoring, across DoD environments.

Ideal candidates bring 20 years of relevant DoD experience, Top-Secret clearance, and hands-on expertise in vulnerability management, STIGs, and cross-domain security integration. This role is on-site at Hanscom AFB.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• BS/BA Degree plus 20 years of directly related experience, 10 years in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and review of system security documentation (SSMP, PPP, Security Risk Analyses, OPSEC Plans, security CONOPS) per DoD directives.
• Support RMF A&A activities ensuring artifact quality and compliance.
• Manage RMF implementation including ATO/ATC, reciprocity, and continuous monitoring.
• Administer and manage eMASS system packages.
