Job summary

MATLOK Innovation is seeking a Cyber Vulnerability Test Specialist to provide SETA support to a DoW customer. You will plan and conduct hands-on vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and adversary emulation against complex weapon and mission systems.

You will work with government personnel and technical teams to examine architectures, identify attack paths, and test within scope and rules of engagement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on penetration testing experience in professional assignments and technical accomplishments.
• Ability to independently identify, validate, and exploit vulnerabilities within authorized test environments.
• Experience using offensive security tools and developing or adapting scripts to support testing and technical investigation.
• Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, authentication, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cybersecurity test plans and develop test approaches.
• Execute assessments and produce technically defensible findings.
• Document reproducible results and explain their operational significance within scope and rules of engagement.
• Assess unfamiliar systems and adapt testing methods to identify attack paths.
