Humana is seeking a Senior CyberSecurity Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity Security solutions across a complex healthcare environment. The role emphasizes secure identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, access governance, and HIPAA compliance.

The engineer will work with SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, and Entra ID, supporting cloud services and healthcare applications while mentoring junior engineers and upholding engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• Strong experience in Identity Security, IAM, or cybersecurity engineering.
• Hands-on with SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, and/or Entra ID.
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access governance, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, APIs, and directory technologies.
• Experience integrating applications into Identity Security ecosystems.
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
• Strong automation and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Engineer and support Identity Security solutions using SailPoint ISC, Okta, AD, and Entra ID.
• Design and implement JML, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certification, RBAC, SSO, MFA, federation, and entitlement governance.
• Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Apply least privilege and Zero Trust across identities.
• Automate identity processes to improve reliability, scalability, and auditability.
• Troubleshoot provisioning, directory, authentication, and access issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish secure identity patterns.
• Support HIPAA compliance and protection of sensitive healthcare information.
• Provide senior technical leadership, engineering standards, design reviews, and mentoring.
