Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Senior Sensor Analyst in our Linthicum, MD office to support a DoD customer. You will conduct intelligence analysis, monitor cyberspace operations, and produce assessments enabling cyber defense decisions for senior officials.

The role requires TS/SCI with Poly, 8+ years in IT/cyber (or 6+ with MS, 3+ with PhD), and hands-on experience with NIDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, and network data (PCAP/NetFlow). You will craft technical papers and brief leadership to shape defense strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years with BS/BA; 6 years with MS; 3 years with PhD in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Software Eng.
• In lieu of a degree, four additional years of relevant experience with certifications such as CEH, GSEC, CISSP, GIAC, etc.
