Job summary

AV is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify, analyze, and communicate cyber threats that may impact its operations. This role blends traditional threat intelligence with strong cybersecurity skills to produce actionable detections, investigations, and defensive improvements.

You will monitor threat intel sources, analyze TTPs with MITRE ATT&CK, support SOC and incident response, and help translate intelligence into concrete security controls across Windows, Linux, cloud, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, or IR.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence lifecycle and methodologies.
• Ability to investigate security data beyond intel reports.
• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR, EDR, and cloud security.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK and TTPs.
• Ability to analyze domains, IPs, hashes, URLs, and network activity.
• Strong communication to technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cyber threat intelligence from multiple sources.
• Identify threat actors, campaigns, malware, and vulnerabilities.
• Develop intelligence assessments at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
• Maintain threat actor profiles, IOCs, and TTPs.
• Translate intelligence into detections and security controls.
• Collaborate with SOC and security engineering teams on incident response.
• Develop detection logic, watchlists, and alerting rules.
