Job summary

AnaVation LLC is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Analyst to support a cyber operations program in the National Capital Region. You will conduct complex cyber threat analysis, produce finished intelligence, identify gaps, and deliver timely recommendations to leadership.

The role requires independence in a fast-paced environment with the ability to coordinate with DoD/IC partners, translate complex findings for non-technical audiences, and contribute to operational planning and targeting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in cyber threat intelligence analysis or 8+ years in intelligence analysis with cyber experience.
• Experience producing finished intelligence products for leadership audiences.
• Understanding of cyber threat intelligence principles and production processes.
• Knowledge of adversary cyber capabilities, attack methods, vulnerabilities, TTPs, and actor behaviors.
• Familiarity with cyber frameworks and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities to inform operational cyber planning.
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize threat data to reveal patterns and actionable insights.
• Produce periodic threat reports highlighting high-priority risks to mission systems.
• Develop and refine risk assessment methodologies to quantify threat severity.
• Leverage SIGINT for deep technical analysis of significant threats targeting cyber operations.
