Zusammenfassung

AnaVation, LLC in Maryland seeks a Data Scientist to support a cybersecurity program in the National Capital Region. You will develop advanced analytics, models, and tools to improve intelligence integration, data discoverability, and mission analytics across multi-source datasets.

You will lead complex analytical efforts, collaborate with mission partners, software developers, data engineers, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions and validated models.

Qualifikationen

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen; TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, SuperIntelligence/Machine Learning or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Certification: DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II (GSEC, SSCP) or equivalent credential.
• Location: Full time on-site at Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
• Experience and knowledge: 10+ years in data science, analytics, ML engineering, or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in Python for data analysis, algorithm development, ML, or analytical app development.
• Experience with PyTorch for modeling; Neo4j or knowledge graph tech; Streamlit for interactive apps.
• Experience with Git and JIRA for version control and tracking.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data and improve data quality and interoperability.
• Ability to translate complex mission requirements into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Lead data science initiatives addressing intelligence integration and cyberspace analytics requirements.
• Apply advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, entity resolution, graph analytics, and operational analytics.
• Develop, evaluate, and refine algorithms and ML models to address mission problems.
• Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources for quality and relevance.
• Design data processing, transformation, tagging, and interconnection methods to improve usability.
• Develop data triage methodologies and workflows for data prioritization and enrichment.
• Evaluate data sources for integration opportunities and performance improvements.
• Develop and deploy data science apps, prototypes, and interactive visualizations.
• Implement reproducible workflows using Python, PyTorch, Neo4j, Git, JIRA, and Streamlit.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and platform teams to deploy models.
• Support transition of prototypes into production with testing and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to apply super intelligence and automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to methodological best practices.
• Perform other data science and technical support duties as assigned.
