Job summary

Peraton seeks a senior CNDA for SIGINT/Cyber defense at Fort Meade, supporting critical national networks and protecting against cyber threats. TS/SCI with polygraph is required, with experience across network security, threat analysis, and incident response.

You will work with government, military, and contractor teams to develop tradecraft, perform assessments, and implement robust defenses while contributing to mission-critical operations and protection of national security interests.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience with an associate's degree or 2 years with a bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience includes computer/information systems design, software/hardware engineering, network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, digital forensics, information assurance, or systems engineering.
• Completion of military cyber training programs such as JCAC, UCT, NWBC, INWT, or Cyber Defense Operations may be credited toward experience requirements.
• Foreign language proficiency (DLPT-verified) may be considered relevant experience.
• Network or system administration experience is required.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Detect, analyze, and respond to cyber threats using data from IDS, firewalls, logs.
• Develop and implement mitigations to strengthen network defenses.
• Support data transport environments including wired, wireless, and cloud.
• Build expertise in networking protocols, cloud security, and advanced defense techniques.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel on priorities.
• Apply analytical methods to form hypotheses and provide actionable insights.
• Document and communicate findings to teammates and stakeholders.
