Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of first party and third party Cyber & Technology claims from inception to final disposition.
• Analyze and determine coverage, liability, and damages based on facts.
• Coordinate with customers, law firms, and vendors to mitigate cyber incidents and respond.
• Manage litigation activities, including planning, budgeting, and bill review.
• Present cases to management and contribute to risk management initiatives.
