Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of three years handling litigated coverage and/or liability cases in Cyber & Technology, Privacy and Data Breaches, Media Liability and Professional Liability.
• Candidate should be disciplined, results-oriented and able to focus on bottom line results.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and analyze information gathered.
• Analyze and determine coverage, liability and damages.
• On first party cyber claims: investigate cyber security incidents and coordinate a response.
