Coke Florida in Tampa is seeking a Technology Sr Manager Cyber Tech, Trust, & Mitigation to lead and align security strategy with enterprise risk management. You’ll partner with executives, IT, and business stakeholders to drive security maturity and ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

The role oversees cyber security programs, DR/BC planning, and continuous improvement of security processes, while leading a team across multiple business units to protect critical information

Formación

• 12+ years of cyber security experience, with at least 5+ years in management
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience
• Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cybersecurity operations and incident response across the enterprise.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce enterprise security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Own the risk management framework, including risk assessments and remediation across units.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts, engineers, and compliance professionals.
• Drive security automation, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor security posture.
