Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Manager of Cyber OT SecOps at its Atlanta headquarters. You will own OT security monitoring, triage, and incident response with plant-floor context, while guiding MSSP SOC analysts to safeguard production uptime and safety.

You will partner with OT engineering and plant teams to design OT-focused detection and playbooks, ensuring effective cross-domain coordination with IT security. This role requires strong communication across executives and shop floors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years in cybersecurity with a focus on OT/ICS in manufacturing or critical infrastructure.
• Experience leading SOC functions with OT monitoring responsibilities (alert triage, incident investigation, escalation).
• Familiarity with OT monitoring platforms (Claroty, Defender for IoT) and traditional tools (EDR, SIEM).

Responsibilities

• Own OT security monitoring and detection across OT environments; tune rules, alerts, and use cases.
• Lead OT incident triage, investigation, and response with manufacturing context and safety considerations.
• Build relationships with plant teams to translate operations knowledge into SOC playbooks and detection logic.
• Provide day-to-day MSSP SOC leadership for OT monitoring, and maintain SOPs and training materials.
• Report OT posture, trends, and risks to Cybersecurity Operations leadership; drive continuous improvement.
