Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida invites a senior IT leader to direct enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service delivery across multiple platforms. You will oversee end-to-end operations, security, and architecture while driving modernization and cost efficiency.

This role partners with IT leadership and business units to align technology with strategic goals, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team in a fast-paced consumer goods environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and Operations experience, CPG/FMCG a plus.
• 4+ years of people leadership in technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure operations across network, compute, storage, collaboration, cloud and security.
• Lead Service Desk and technology support functions.
• Oversee Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity to align with business goals.
• Develop and maintain multi-year infrastructure roadmaps and technology refresh plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resources and timelines for projects.
• Mentor and develop the IT infrastructure and operations team.
