Job summary

VTG Defense is seeking a Cyber Technical Analyst Principal in Chantilly, VA, to lead cyber operations and targeting work for IC customers. You will coordinate with mission centers, field stations, and partners to develop and enable CNE projects.

Required are TS/SCI with Poly, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 8+ years in technical targeting with strong analytic, writing, and briefing abilities. Expect a demanding, high-scope role with cross-agency collaboration.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years as a Technical Targeter (various senior levels).
• Experience in IC cyber activities and targeting work.
• Experience using targeting tools/databases for project leads.

Responsibilities

• Read and respond to customer communications and identify potential leads.
• Correlate leads with customer data and coordinate with partner organizations.
• Work with mission centers, field stations, and technical partners to develop CNE projects.
• Learn and apply the CNE project approval process and contribute to related docs.
• Leverage targeting resources to support access and exploitation efforts.
