Job summary

VT Group (VTG) is seeking a Senior Cyber Technical Targeter to join our team. The role focuses on cyber operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements and identify leads.

The candidate will read customer communications, exploit information to generate leads, and coordinate with partner organizations using customer-provided tools. Strong writing and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years).
• Familiarity with good internet OPSEC.

What will you do?

• The ideal candidate will have cyber expertise in the area of operations, analysis and virtual operations to support customer requirements.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to reading and responding to customer communications and identifying potential leads by exploiting customer information.
• Utilizing customer provided tools to correlate and enhance initial leads and coordinating leads with other customer partner organizations.

• A minimum of 5+ years as a Technical Targeter (Full Performance 5+ years, Senior 8+ years, Expert 11+ years)
• Familiarity with good internet OPSEC
• Ability to learn and manipulate a variety of customer provided data sets with customer provided tools.
• Proven in-depth knowledge of computer hardware/software and a strong understanding of computer/internet communications methods
• In-depth understanding of Social Media sites
• Excellent research and writing skills

Pay Range

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $150,000-$195,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
