Lockheed Martin Corporation seeks a senior IT/cyber operations professional to provide Tier I/II support for the integrated watchfloor in a 24×7 environment. You will act as the SPOC between the service provider and users, log incidents, perform initial diagnostics, and drive first-contact resolution while documenting steps to expand the knowledge base.

The role requires Linux/Docker/Kubernetes experience, cloud deployment familiarity, and a current US security clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science required.
• 12+ years in software deployment, Linux admin, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps.
• MS in Engineering or CS can substitute for 2 years.
• Recent Kubernetes experience (last 3 years).
• Security clearance with polygraph within last 7 years.
• IAT II CWIP / DoD8570 (Security+) compliant.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier I/II support for integrated watchfloor capability in a 24x7 environment.
• Serve as SPOC between service provider and operational users; log, categorize, and prioritize incidents.
• Perform initial diagnosis using knowledge bases; aim for first-contact resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues via standard procedures; maintain incident status communication.
• Document troubleshooting steps to grow knowledge base; rotate 12‑hour shifts (0500–1700).
• 24x7 coverage with two-week rotations; coordinate with global teams.
