Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks an experienced Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to lead program cybersecurity, develop RMF artifacts and ensure Authority to Operate readiness within a pre-existing program ecosystem.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to secure software and infrastructure, support CI/CD pipelines, and implement robust security controls while navigating policy requirements. A TS clearance and related certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Education in STEM with advanced degrees as listed.
• Strong understanding of RMF, NIST controls, and ATO processes.
• Experience leading secure software and system development in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of secure systems in an Agile setting.
• Develop RMF artifacts: SSP, RAR, SCTM, POA&Ms and security policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and platform teams to ensure compliance and secure CI/CD.
• Perform security assessments, code reviews, and vulnerability testing.
