Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect – C-SCRM to provide senior technical and advisory support to INSCOM ACO. The role focuses on integrating cybersecurity, acquisition, and supply chain risk management across the acquisition lifecycle to strengthen mission systems. On-site in Ft Meade, MD.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of DoD/IC experience, deep C-SCRM knowledge, and familiarity with NIST RMF, SBOM, and Zero Trust. Collaboration with Army, NSA, and USCYBERCOM is essential.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with SCI clearance within last 2 years.
• On-site full-time in Ft Meade, Maryland.
• 10+ years in DoD/IC or cyber mission work.
• Expert in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management.
• Experience with Army/NSA/USCYBERCOM or IC teams.
• Knowledge of DoD lifecycle, cybersecurity integration, risk assessments.
• Familiar with NIST SP 800-161/800-53, RMF, SSDF, SBOM, Zero Trust, DevSecOps.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level guidance on cybersecurity, SCRM, and acquisition best practices.
• Assess cyber supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Army, NSA, ARCYBER, and mission partners.
• Align policies, architectures, and strategies with modernization goals.
