Job summary

AnaVation is seeking two Senior Cyber Advisors to provide senior-level advisory support across C5ISRT portfolios from on-site Ft Meade, MD. You will deliver strategic insights, governance, and program oversight to improve effectiveness and alignment with USCYBERCOM priorities.

You will synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations for Government leadership, develop dashboards and briefs, and collaborate with stakeholders to mature governance and portfolio processes in a

Qualifications

Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI cleared within last 2 years
Location: Ft Meade, Maryland on-site
Experience: 7+ years supporting DoD, IC, or Combatant Command missions
Experience: headquarters-level program management, governance, or strategic planning
Experience: cyber operations, intelligence, C5ISRT, or related mission areas
Experience: program assessments, portfolio management, or lifecycle processes
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive briefs and white papers

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement with objective recommendations
Provide portfolio management support across cyber, intelligence, and targeting initiatives
Develop understanding of programs, architectures, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships for strategic recommendations
Establish and mature PM methodologies, governance processes, metrics, and lifecycle practices
Develop executive dashboards, portfolio tracking, and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions
Engage with Government leadership, project managers, technical leads, and mission partners to gather insights
Review governance documentation and CONOPS for completeness and alignment
Assist leadership in refining program requirements, governance models, and resource strategies
Prepare concise executive briefings communicating findings, status, risks, and recommendations
Support enterprise governance frameworks across C5ISRT portfolios
Serve as SME in cyber operations and C5ISRT analytic methodologies
Perform other advisory, analytical, and strategic planning duties
