Job summary

AnaVation is seeking two Senior Cyber Advisors to provide senior-level advisory support across C5ISRT portfolios from on-site Ft Meade, MD. You will deliver strategic insights, governance, and program oversight to improve effectiveness and alignment with USCYBERCOM priorities.

Qualifications

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen, TS/SCI cleared within last 2 years
• Location: Ft Meade, Maryland on-site
• Experience: 7+ years supporting DoD, IC, or Combatant Command missions
• Experience: headquarters-level program management, governance, or strategic planning
• Experience: cyber operations, intelligence, C5ISRT, or related mission areas
• Experience: program assessments, portfolio management, or lifecycle processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive briefs and white papers

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths, deficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement with objective recommendations
• Provide portfolio management support across cyber, intelligence, and targeting initiatives
• Develop understanding of programs, architectures, workflows, dependencies, and stakeholder relationships for strategic recommendations
• Establish and mature PM methodologies, governance processes, metrics, and lifecycle practices
• Develop executive dashboards, portfolio tracking, and reporting frameworks for data-driven decisions
• Engage with Government leadership, project managers, technical leads, and mission partners to gather insights
• Review governance documentation and CONOPS for completeness and alignment
• Assist leadership in refining program requirements, governance models, and resource strategies
• Prepare concise executive briefings communicating findings, status, risks, and recommendations
• Support enterprise governance frameworks across C5ISRT portfolios
• Serve as SME in cyber operations and C5ISRT analytic methodologies
• Perform other advisory, analytical, and strategic planning duties
