Job summary

AnaVation is seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Architect - Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) to support INSCOM ACO at Ft Meade, MD. This on-site role requires senior-level technical leadership across cybersecurity, risk management, and acquisition programs to strengthen the security of mission systems.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of DoD/IC experience, a strong background in NIST RMF/800-161, and the ability to communicate strategic guidance to government leadership

Qualifications

• Clearance: U.S. Citizen, SCI cleared within last 2 years
• Location: Full-time on-site in Ft Meade, Maryland
• Minimum of 10 years supporting DoD, IC, or cyber mission organizations
• Demonstrated expertise in Cyber Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM)
• Experience with Army, NSA, USCYBERCOM, or IC organizations
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle and cybersecurity integration
• Experience conducting risk assessments for modernization initiatives
• Familiar with: NIST SP 800-161, 800-53, RMF, SSDF, SBOM, Zero Trust, DevSecOps
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal government oversight

Responsibilities

• Lead integration of cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and acquisition best practices across INSCOM-ACO mission programs
• Provide strategic guidance by assessing cyber supply chain risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with Army, NSA Cybersecurity Directorate, ARCYBER, and other mission partners
• Align cybersecurity policies, enterprise architectures, and acquisition strategies with priorities
• Support secure capability delivery and reduce acquisition risk across cyber/SIGINT environments
