Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Cyber Security & Risk Strategy Senior Consultant to deliver cyber strategy, risk assessments, and transformation programs for clients. You will design operating models, governances, and workstreams while collaborating with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to drive end-to-end outcomes.

The role involves research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support across domestic and global engagements, with travel up to 50% and a discretionary annual incentive program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in cyber security or technology risk.
• 4+ years in consulting, GSI, or large enterprise project teams.
• Experience with cyber risk/maturity assessments, operating model design, or PMO for cyber initiatives.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across service types including risk assessments and target operating model design.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs, track milestones, RAID logs, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Contribute to repeatable methods, templates, and capabilities for cyber strategy and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber and IT environments including infrastructure, data, apps, and processes.
• Design target operating models—structure, governance, roles, and processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessments and transformations.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, recommendations, and implementation support.
