Job summary

Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Consultant to support cyber strategy engagements, assess environments, and help design target operating models. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver research, analyses and implementation support for clients.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in cyber security or consulting, with the ability to travel roughly half the time. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in cyber security, information security, or technology risk.
• 2+ years in consulting, global system integrators, or large enterprise projects.
• Experience in cyber risk or maturity assessments, operating model design, or program/project management for cyber/tech initiatives.
• Experience with cyber assessments or security frameworks (NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001).
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support cyber strategy engagements across multiple service types including risk assessments and target operating model design.
• Provide PMO support for cyber and technology programs: track milestones, RAID logs, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop methods, templates, and deliverables for cyber strategy, assessment, and transformation services.
• Assess client cyber environments including infrastructure, databases, apps, and processes.
• Assist in designing target operating models: org structure, governance, roles, and processes.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and Deloitte teams to support assessments and transformations.
• Deliver project work through research, analysis, documentation, recommendations, and implementation support.
