EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to help clients evaluate cybersecurity programs, craft risk-based strategies, and lead engagements across industries. The role emphasizes transforming governance, operating models, and security roadmaps while collaborating with EY teams and stakeholders.

You will deliver actionable recommendations, support executive-level communications, and contribute to practice development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience, or a graduate degree with 2–4 years.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and roadmaps.
Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
Support assessments, stakeholder interviews and workshops; translate findings into recommendations.
Evaluate cybersecurity programs, governance structures, policies, operating models, and risk management capabilities.
Identify capability gaps, emerging risks and strategic improvement opportunities.
Prepare client deliverables, executive presentations and reports for diverse audiences.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development efforts.
