Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to shape cybersecurity programs and drive transformations for clients. You will evaluate risk, governance, and operating models while delivering actionable recommendations.

You will develop strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks, communicating insights to both technical and business stakeholders. A hybrid work model supports collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience; or 2-4 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and strategy.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
• Support cybersecurity assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.
• Evaluate governance structures, policies, operating models, and risk management capabilities.
• Develop target operating models, maturity assessments, and roadmaps.
• Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations; communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
